Stop Skin Rashes during Detox
Stop Skin Rashes during Detox.
Skin rashes during detox can happen if preparations are not made for detoxing before starting. As a homeopath, I can assess whether detox pathways are working efficiently and give remedies and dietary interventions to ensure they are well prepared before detox.

Detoxes of any sort can be gentle. Homeopathic detoxes, above all methods can be trouble free and give fantastic results.
If you are seeing skin rashes when detoxing stop and make some tweaks.
I've been tweaking homeopathic detoxes since I began doing them with patients 3 years ago. I've gradually been able to make them efficient & trouble free :-)

If you are seeing skin rashes during detox, it could be a couple of things:
1. A returning old symptoms [a good sign, though can be uncomfortable and will need treating homoeopathically].
If there has been a history of eczema, particularly if it was suppressed with steroids, your homeopathic treatment may remove the layer of 'suppression' and enable your body to express its disorder through eczema again. You'll usually see improvements in deeper health problems when this happens, and it is an essential part of the healing process. Eczema is very treatable with homeopathy and suppressing it can lead to more severe illnesses such as asthma.
Here are some [non-suppressive] ways to sooth eczema during treatment:

Stellaria cream can be used to sooth eczema. See recipe here. [eczema post]
2. Liver/bile pathways need opening before you continue detoxing.
Our bodies have the ability to release bile into the bloodstream when bile is blocked from flowing to the bowel. When bile pathways are blocked, toxic bile acids from the bloodstream may end up in organs such as kidneys, lungs and skin, potentially damaging the linings of lungs and kidneys and triggering itching [pruritus] and skin inflammation [possibly due to mast cell activation in the skin].
Stop detox and address bile flow.
A. Address bowel movements ...
Ensure the patient is pooping a few times a day. Soluble and insoluble fibre additions to the diet can help and if constipation is a problem, homeopathy should focus on this first.
B. When bowels are moving well [and not before] we begin to stimulate bile flow ...
When bowels are moving well [and not before] we begin to stimulate bile flow with homeopathic remedies & dietary interventions [soluble fibre, choline from sunflower lecithin, betaine [from beets and/or spinach].
Some toxins and viruses can cause bile duct inflammation:
Herpes viruses,
Klebsiella &
Pseudomonas [all can be resolved via homeopathy, but check if they are there with testing first].
Glyphosate, [which disrupts gut flora and sulfate synthesis/transport, leading to disrupted bile flow and impaired fat digestion*]

Glyphosate can cause disrupted bile flow.
C. Check T4 thyroid levels and/or supplement iodine.
If the patient has hypothyroidism, check T4 thyroid levels as you need T4 to open the bile sphincter [Sphincter of Oddi] and allow bile flow. Ensure they are getting enough iodine which is also needed to produce T4.
