How Your Clear Path To Wellness System is Structured
Your Clear Path to Wellness System helps you work out what you are going to do to heal, plan the steps in detail, take action and assess outcomes, within a supported structure and within a community of people doing it too!
Step One - Options
Finding out what's possible; discovering options for healing the issues you are dealing with personally. Homeopathy has answers for most things, much of which I will encourage you to learn to do for yourself:
1. acute homeopathy for injuries, infections, etc;
2. homeopathic detox for dealing with toxins, longterm viral, fungal [mold / yeast] or bacterial challenges, drug side effects, etc.
3. homeopathic bowel nosodes for gut healing.
4. homeopathy and diet for teeth healing [and when you heal your teeth you can only do so because you have healed your entire body!], and for recovering from and preventing the need for dentistry.
5. homeopathy to educate the immune system regarding infectious diseases we may otherwise have childhood interventions for. It's called homeoprophylaxis. We can use it to help our immune systems get a head start on clearing viruses like the one that kept us all in lockdown recently.
You may choose a different modality than homeopathy and still use Your Clear Path to Wellness System as a way of planning and tracking, but homeopathy is the best modality for putting all the pieces together.
Step Two - Orientation
Choosing which of these things you need and deciding what needs doing as a priority. Looking into how to carry them out. Learning about them. Creating clarity about what you are going to do to heal. Setting your goals.
Step Three - Order
Really creating your steps, and this is where Your Clear Path to Wellness System Notion template [planner / tracker] comes into its own. If you can create clarity and simplicity, you can do really well at the next step.
Step Four - Action
At this stage, you take connected up action steps. Because we have created clarity and order, it no longer takes up mental space. It is just a matter of seeing what needs to be done by looking at the planned steps in Your Clear Path To Wellness calendar. You've set your goals, created clarity and order and now you are crunching through the steps without any reason to procrastinate.
Step Five - Outcomes
In this step, you assess the outcomes. You see what has been working for you and you double down on those things, keeping the actions going. This is Your Clear Path to Wellness; connecting up the steps, without anything in your way, with the support of others who are moving in the same direction.
