3. Homeopathic Consultations
Homeopathy is a complementary healthcare approach.
Consultations and educational materials provided by Wren Lloyd Ltd are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease in the manner of regulated medical services.
Homeopathic consultations are not a substitute for emergency medical care, medical diagnosis, or treatment by a suitably qualified healthcare professional.
Clients remain responsible for their own healthcare decisions and for seeking appropriate medical advice where necessary.
If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, you should seek immediate medical assistance through the appropriate emergency services.
4. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Every individual responds differently to healthcare approaches, educational programmes, and lifestyle interventions.
We make no guarantee regarding:
Clinical outcomes
Symptom improvement
Recovery times
Educational results
Business outcomes
Financial outcomes
Any examples, testimonials, case studies, or educational materials are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a promise of future results.
5. Consultation Fees and Payment
Consultation fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
Prices may be amended from time to time without notice, although changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
6. Consultation Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule a consultation by providing at least 48 hours' notice.
Where less than 48 hours' notice is provided, the consultation fee will be forfeited.
Missed appointments and non-attendance are treated as late cancellations.
A cancelled or missed consultation may be rebooked by making a new booking and paying the applicable consultation fee.
7. Consultation Refunds
Once a consultation has taken place, no refunds will be provided.
Where Wren Lloyd Ltd cancels a consultation and an alternative appointment cannot be agreed, a refund may be offered at our discretion.
8. Digital Courses and Educational Products
Digital courses, recordings, downloads, and educational materials are provided for personal educational use only.
Access is granted for the lifetime of the product as maintained by Wren Lloyd Ltd.
While we intend to provide long-term access, we do not guarantee that any product, platform, technology, website, or service will remain available indefinitely.
Products may be updated, revised, replaced, or withdrawn at our discretion.
9. Digital Product Refunds
Where immediate access to digital content is provided following purchase, you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately.
By accessing or downloading digital content, you acknowledge that your statutory cancellation rights may be affected in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Refund requests will be considered in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
10. Workshops and Live Events
Workshop places are reserved upon payment.
If a recording is created, attendees who are unable to attend live will normally receive access to the recording.
However, recordings cannot be guaranteed. Technical difficulties, equipment failure, internet disruption, software issues, or other circumstances may occasionally prevent a recording from being created or made available.
The inability to provide a recording shall not automatically entitle attendees to a refund.
11. Memberships
Membership subscriptions are charged monthly unless otherwise stated.
Memberships continue until cancelled by the member.
Members may cancel at any time.
Following cancellation, access will continue until the end of the period already paid for.
No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
12. Intellectual Property
All course materials, recordings, handouts, downloads, written content, videos, graphics, teaching materials, and other intellectual property remain the property of Wren Lloyd Ltd unless otherwise stated.
Materials are licensed for personal use only.
You may not:

Redistribute
Resell
Republish
Share access
Upload materials elsewhere
without prior written permission.
13. International Clients
Wren Lloyd Ltd serves clients internationally.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that homeopathic consultations, educational services, products, and related activities are lawful within their own jurisdiction.
We make no representation regarding the legality or regulatory status of homeopathy in any country outside England and Wales.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wren Lloyd Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of our services, products, educational materials, memberships, workshops, or consultations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful.
