In the modern age most of us have issues with teeth from infancy.
If you didn't you are unusually robust or you lived somewhere that still practiced a nourishing tradition.
They begin to show signs of decay when all is not well ... not only, as your dentist may have led you to believe, because you didn't brush your teeth and left sugary stuff on them.
I used to dream perpetually about my teeth falling out ... so I was intrigued when I came across the map below!
Our consumer cultures & western diet malnutrition are probably what leads to people living in North America, much of Europe, and Australia dreaming about their teeth falling out whilst the rest of the world is dreaming about priorities like snakes and their ex-partners! [Meanwhile, look how few countries are dreaming about money & objects, all the things we are being sold daily!]
This leaves us with a heavy duty.
We have new-fangled toothbrushes, waterpicks and toothpastes.
But we are losing our nourishing traditions.
We are rapidly losing the knowledge, skills, resources & microbiome we need to carry out a duty of care to our teeth & to our bodies generally.
We may try to fight the tide, but human nature leads us to follow whatever is the norm around us, and supply & demand, dictates what's available to learn and buy.
That said, heal your teeth, and you heal your internal environment too because you cannot heal or maintain teeth without the help of every system in your body, and what heals your teeth heals your whole body, and it's immune systems [deliberate s on the end of systems! See below.]
Early human remains show worn down, intact teeth were the norm at the point of death at most ages.
Weston Price's work firmly established tooth decay as caused by our loss of nourishing traditions that maintained teeth and overall body health ~ the dangers of modern diets.
Not only did he see teeth issues, he recognised issues with facial growth, the growth of airways, eye sockets, skull and rib structures, that have a compounding effect on teeth, eyesight and respiratory systems [among others].

Once you've healed your diet, remaining problems can be supported with homeopathy. Much 'unusual' tooth decay can be explained by inherited weaknesses/susceptibility and toxicity [ie toxic metals that interfere with the transport of minerals to teeth and bones] ... and this is where homeopathy can shine.
When we can heal our teeth with homeopathy, guess what? We're doing it by healing the whole body!
