Three Principles + Homeopathy

Transformational Coaching

Powerful "Healing Conversations" With The 3 Principles & Homeopathy

The Three Principles Of Wellbeing is a gentle one-to-one coaching for recovering your innate state of wellbeing and health.

I’ll assist you to learn to explore and witness your thoughts and feelings without judgment, & gently access thinking/feeling patterns that have been impacting your wellbeing and health.
I teach you simple
somatic practices [breath & grounding] so you rest in a calm, witnessing state once feelings have arisen, allowing the feelings to pass through without cascading into habitual, re-traumatising patterns.

We can supplement this process with supportive homeopathic remedies, where appropriate.

The Three Principles Of Wellbeing

The Three Principles Of Wellbeing approach (Mind, Consciousness, and Thought) is a gentle practice for recovering your innate state of wellbeing and health.

I’ll assist you to witness your thoughts & feelings without judgment, & gently access thinking/feeling patterns that have been impacting your wellbeing & health.

The Three Principles is not a ‘positive thinking’ training & doesn’t teach us to suppress feelings.
It’s more about learning how you create thought/feeling and choosing how to respond when thought/feeling happens. It’s much about finding your innate wisdom amid the current noise of thought. You’ll begin to experience your natural, inbuilt state of calm and clarity, which is accessible to you regardless of your life circumstances. You'll find you have a full range of choices to make.

My Healing Conversations

Three Principles practice encourages us to witness without judgment.
Simple somatic practices [breath & grounding] can help us rest in a calm, witnessing state once feelings have arisen, allowing the feelings to pass through without cascading into habitual, re-traumatising patterns.

I practice a form of Somatic Homeopathy where we rest with and calmly describe the energy we feel in the body, watching it transform as we rest with it. Supportive homeopathic remedies may become apparent, and can be prescribed as needed.

Three Principles practice can help with traumas that often underly health problems:

Your nervous system is enabled to recover balance by shifting perspective from the "content" of your emotional or physical suffering to the "nature" of how you experience it in the moment, moving through and beyond it.

The Principle of Thought: Recognising the "Internal Movie"

The Rewiring: Trauma often creates a "loop" where a past memory is experienced as a present reality.

The Practice: Recognising that your current feeling of distress is being created by Thought in this moment - rather than a present danger - begins to weaken the neural pathways of that loop.

Result: You stop "feeding" the fire of the alarm system (the amygdala), allowing it to naturally quiet down over time.

The Principle of Consciousness: Creating Space

The Rewiring: Consciousness is what makes your thoughts feel "real". When you are "lost" in a distressing thought, your body tenses and armours.

The Practice: By using your Consciousness to observe the thought without judgment, you create a "gap" between the thought and your reaction. You can slow down the thinking that might spiral from the initial thought.

Result: This gap is the birthplace of neuroplasticity. Instead of an automatic "fear" response, you build a new pathway of "calm observation".

The Principle of Mind: Tapping into "Innate Health"

The Rewiring: This principle teaches that everyone has an underlying, "pre-installed" state of wellbeing and resilience, often called Universal Mind.

The Practice: Rather than trying to "fix" or "rewire" yourself through hard work, you practice trusting that your system naturally wants to return to balance (homeostasis) once the "scary thoughts" are seen for what they are.

Result: This reduces the overall "background noise" of stress in your body, allowing the nervous system to spend more time in the parasympathetic (rest and digest) state, which is where physical healing happens.
